Dr. Michal Boyd NP, ND, FAANP, FCNA(NZ).
| Co-Director
Dr Michal Boyd is the Clinical Director for Equinox Health. She has nationally recognized gerontology expertise which she utilitizes in her day to day clinical practice.
Dr Boyd also holds an academic post at a major university and has led research that has positively impacted the care of older people in New Zealand.
She is a highly regarded health care educator and has worked in many leadership roles including community health and residential aged care services.
Fran Robertson, RN, MLIS.

Fran Robertson is the Operations Manager for Equinox Health.
She is responsible for managing the contracts with both clients and providers as well as financial oversight of the practice.
Fran has extensive management experience in the New Zealand health care environment including over 10 years as a front line manager for a District Health Board.
Sandra Oster,
Nurse Practitioner
Sandra Oster qualified as a registered nurse in the United States in 1985. She became a Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2003. As a Nurse Practitioner she provided acute inpatient medical/nursing care as a Nurse Practitioner for complex general medicine and geriatric patients. She worked her entire nursing career before coming to New Zealand at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and was an Instructor in Medicine at Mayo Medical School. In New Zealand she has clinical experience working in primary healthcare and the emergency department at Middlemore Hospital, Counties Manakau. She is currently Chair of Nurse Practitioner’s New Zealand and is a Professional Teaching Fellow in the Nurse Practitioner training programme at the University of Auckland.
